Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas) with two reliable options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

International Customers Note: Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. You may be responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Our Runner-Friendly Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be in original condition (unworn, with tags attached)
  • Must include original packaging (including shoe box)
  • Must include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For the safety and satisfaction of all our runners, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn running shoes (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized/customized products
  • Clearance or final sale items (marked as such)

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product details (name, size, color)
  • Reason for return/exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely (we recommend double-boxing) with:

  • RMA number clearly visible
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received and inspected (within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we approve your return. Timing depends on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for your replacement item. Return shipping is your responsibility unless we made an error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and expedite your replacement.
